Vacation Rental Description

Windsor Hills is Central Florida’s newest 5 star vacation community. This luxury rental community is the closest resort to Disney Parks. Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is completely handicap accessible on the top floor (4th floor with elevator). It has a screened lanai (porch) with table and chairs and a beautiful lake view. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 20 inch TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 20 inch TV. The third bedroom has two Twin beds with a 20 inch TV and DVD player for the kids to watch movies. The living room has a sleeper sofa that pulls to a Queen bed and a loveseat. You can watch a movie on the 32 inch TV with DVD player or listen to music on the stereo with a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a light snack or a home cooked meal. Pack light because there is also a full size washer and dryer located off the kitchen. The condo is fully air-conditioned and all linens are included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Windsor Hills is a private and secure 24 hour gated community with the best amenities any resort has to offer. All amenities are available to guests at no extra cost. Disney theme parks are less than two miles away. Beaches on the Atlantic Ocean are one hour away as is the Kennedy Space Center. Downtown Orlando is 25 minutes away and Orlando International Airport can be reached in 20 minutes. Shuttle services are offered for a minimal fee. Dinner theaters nearby include "Arabian Nights", "Pirates Adventure" and "Dixie Stampede". Numerous golf courses are nearby as are countless restaurants, shops and the outlet mall.

Activities and Attractions

Windsor Hills features a heated lagoon style pool with lifeguard, water slide, fountains, and a whirlpool in a tropical setting. The Clubhouse includes a 48 seat movie theater with high definition surround sound, fitness room, billiard room, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, video games, video rentals and convenience/sundries store. Step outside of the Clubhouse to find the children's playground, sand volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and barbecue gazebo.
